24 is such a great show. I’ve been watching the show since the first season and it’s getting better than ever. I just finished watching ep20 and I can’t wait to see the next one. As good as the show is it’s not perfect. For example, just how the hell Michelle could get away from being infected by the virus? Yeah I know it would be sad to let her die in that ugly fashion but still it didn’t make any sense. I guess they had to let her live so that Saunders could capture poor Michelle 15 minutes later in order to make himself an escape route. I hope poor Michelle will get out of this safely, as she is one of my favorite characters in the show. She scores all the points with what happened in the hotel. Jack is still the character I like the most. He’s not exactly your typical all righteous super-agent hero. His ruthlessness and the fact that he doesn’t mind to be the bad guy as long as he achieves his goal make him such a good character.

As to the characters I don’t like, Jack’s dingbat daughter Kim takes the cake. There’s really nothing to like about her. Her part of the story seems to be written simply to appeal a particular group of audience. Thank god they didn’t spend that much time on Kim and Chase. (I actually like Chase, he does act like your typical hot-blooded young newcomer, but at least he’s somewhat competent as a field agent.) I also found that Chloe character to be very annoying, but she’s also a good character in the way that she’s exactly the type of people that we see everyday.

Four more episodes to go, I hope the ending will be good. Now, they are not going to drag the series for another season or two, right?
